The puls story – From beacon to guide

puls internationalSince our foundation in 1992, the way in which puls has perceived effective market research has changed fundamentally:

At the beginning, it was our focus to show and illuminate paths into the future for our customers. The beacon was a suitable symbol for it. However, this is not sufficient any longer. Today and in the future, we perceive ourselves as a guide and accompany our customers on the paths illuminated by us. Three promises are our benchmark:

1. Relevant information: Regardless of whether it is about increasing customer loyalty, ways of acquiring new customers or identifying profitable trends, we develop tailored solutions including precisely the information our customers really need to get ahead.
 

2. Action recommendations: For us, there is no market research project without industry-related recommendations for better decisions and strategies which we individually elaborate from the results.

3. Guidance: As we are familiar with the market situations and opportunities of our customers, we frequently accompany them when implementing strategies and measures in the fields of marketing, sales and employees.

The guide or mentor adequately illustrates our idea of efficient market research: He or she knows where his or her customers are, shows them the way and accompanies them!
